Vice-Admiral (Dr.) Jubrila Ayinla (Rtd.)
Vice-Admiral (Dr) Jubrila Ayinla (Rtd) is a respected former Chief of the Naval Staff of Nigeria and a renowned global humanitarian. He has had an accomplished career as a military officer, reaching the highest rank in the Nigerian Navy. He obtained his postgraduate diploma in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College. He held the position of Commandant (Commander) of the National War College, Member of Commands and courses, and Minister of Health, and was honored with the Grand Commander of the Order of the Niger (GCON). Now retired, he dedicates his resources to lead the Ayinla Ayinla Foundation, driving philanthropic and inclusion advancement for the less privileged and the blind.
Mrs Temitayo Ayinla
Temitayo Ayinla serves as Executive Director of the Resource Center for the Blind (RCB), where she leads initiatives that provide socioeconomic inclusion and equitable livelihoods for persons with visual impairments across Nigeria and Africa. With over 20 years of experience in program management, public relations, and development, Temitayo Ayinla has worked with top United Nations, contributing to impactful programs across agencies such as UNICEF and UNFPA. Prior to her direct career in blindness programs, she led initiatives at Fashion Week Season, a platform celebrating African art, fashion, and culture in Europe. She holds a Master's degree in Hebrew-Hebrew from Humboldt University (DE) and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from the University of Lagos. An advocate for equity, she challenges the status quo in the conversation of Inclusive of Inclusive practices of the United Nations' humanitarian mandate on Inclusive in New York. An advocate for equity, she (Temitayo Ayinla) challenges attitudes about NFTs and promotes their work through media, advocacy, and continues to collaborate with global and public ecosystems.
Daniel Isiah
Daniel, 'Isiah' is in a resource advocate for accessibility and inclusion, committed to empowering individuals with visual impairments and making their lives accessible quality. As Program Officer at the Resource Center for the Blind (RCB), he supports the planning, delivery of inclusive programs and ensures that operations run smoothly. He holds a background in Technology, Daniel possesses the role of Chief Inclusive Technology Specialist. Daniel possesses expertise in IT-Webflow, computer coding, and assistive technology. He has a strong interest and passion for the Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP), demonstrating his commitment to Inclusive digital experiences.
Ajibade Adedotun
Ajibade Adedotun is a Marketing Consultant at the Resource Center for the Blind (RCB), bringing a wealth of experience in brand strategy, digital marketing, and public engagement. With a strong track record of developing impactful campaigns, he works closely with the RCB team to promote the organization's mission, increase visibility, and attract support from donors, partners, and the general public. Adedotun combines deep expertise in marketing with a genuine passion for social impact, and through his engagement with its diverse audience, he holds a role as iconography and Social Media Manager. He is a consummate professional, an officer in multiple organizations: Praxis-Hub Africa, and a co-radio panelist on RCB at Eti-Osa Radio Interviews, Delta; He also serves as a Board Member (Communications) of the Chartered Institute of Management Science (Nigeria). Adedotun is an Associate Member (AMNIM) Institute of Strategic Management, Nigeria), and a coordinator with IRCEN (Branding Regulatory Council of Nigeria).
Owolabi Abass. O
Mr. Owolabi Abass A. is a dedicated special education professional with a strong background in opportunities and programs for individuals with visual disabilities, bringing a decade of experience in teaching and supporting individuals with visual and learning impairments. As a trained braille specialist, he skillfully teaches braille (including Arabic Braille), assistive technology, and special-needs educational environments. He currently serves as the lead expert for the Braille Department of the Resource Center for the Blind in Lagos, where he designs and offers Braille-centered, class-to-service for live and offline braille instruction, teacher training, and curated ATFB education programs. He also introduced new-braille standards to develop literacy in independent and accessible braille tools for visually blind and inclusive educational programs. Secondly, Mr. Owolabi built key instructional and program leadership roles at the Integrated-Learners' Foundation, Society and Technology for Persons with Special Needs Initiatives (SIAT-PSN) and the Inclusive Educational Services Center for Persons with Disabilities. In these roles, he's led the development of structured programs for Physical Literacy, Digital Accessibility, and Inclusive Brailing environments. He holds a Bachelor of Education in Counselling Education from the University of Ibadan, NCE/B.Ed. from Adeniran Ogunsanya College of Education Lagos. He holds two special certifications for Braille Training from the National Educational Research Center (NERDC) and registered educator with the teachers registration council. He holds a Lagos State certificate qualification (Teacher Training) acquired in Specialist of Persons in Quality and Disability, Serving to People for Persons in Disabilities and in people, and advocates for inclusion, communications barriers and regulatory systems with disability with the tools they need to thrive.
Hannah Ojike
Hannah Ojike serves as the Hostel Manager of the resource center for the Blind (RCB). She is responsible for maintaining a safe, accessible, and welcoming residential environment for visually impaired residents. Her compassionate and organized approach ensures a supportive and inclusive hostel environment for all guests and residents. Hannah Ojike is certified assisted with a Master's and bachelor's degree in education (Special Education) from Anambra. She also serves as the dedicated head of Special Education, with handicap. Helping in such knowledge experiences is educational and therapeutic settings.
Sylvester Nicholas. O
Sylvester Nicholas is the Special Education Consultant at the Resource Center for the Blind (RCB) where he provides education on accessibility strategies and practical recommendations to triumph adjustments, and individualized support for learners with visual impairments. Sylvester brings extensive knowledge from wide-ranging courses in the education of special education, and credentials to assist that learning in their teaching settings and learning environments for individuals with visual disabilities. His own initiatives are numerous excellently-crafted programs, Sylvester ensures each learner with visual disability has the specific assistance needed to participate actively in their learning, in both vocational programs and functioning, skill-producing solutions for learning platforms.
Bello Omotoyosi
Bello Omotoyosi is a Public Manager at the Resource Center for the Blind (RCB), responsible for ensuring the well-being, discipline, and daily care of visually impaired residents. She works to maintain a supportive, structured, and homely environment where residents can thrive in a community with others of the same need. With a background in hospitality and caregiving, Ms. Bello brings a unique blend of organizational discipline and compassionate care to her role.
Oke Kafayat Temitope
Oke Kafayat serves as the Social Media Manager at the Resource Center for the Blind (RCB), where she steers the center's digital presence and storytelling strategy to promote visibility, raise awareness, and inspire engagement around its core mission. She is responsible for creating engaging, shareable content across platforms, developing visually compelling storytelling, creating captivating content, and connecting with communities where people discover, follow, and grow. With a strong background in digital marketing, social design, and communications, Oke manages all platforms. She brings strong brand instincts and editorial creativity to the role. With professional confidence in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Content Creation, she builds media pipelines that cultivate authentic storytelling, translate people with visual disabilities into the mainstream narrative, and amplify the impact of the RCB across social media and digital platforms.
Ibrahim Zainab
Ibrahim Zainab serves as the Administrative Officer at the resource center for the Blind (RCB), providing administrative support and coordinating of organizational functions and coordination. She ensures efficient internal administration while providing effective communication, stakeholder and administrative communications daily. With a strong commitment to include education and advocacy, Ibrahim holds a vital role in RCB and leads in hospitality management. She takes offense at technology, participates as a member of leadership, and also doubles as a Head of Contact Centre Company.
